PROJECT OBJECTIVE
The primary output of the project will be the successful completion of the tailored training course by agricultural industry professionals.
OUTCOMES
Output 1: Planning
Project plan: Confirm scope, timelines, and responsibilities.
Output 2: Extension
A detailed communication plan will be delivered to COGGO for approval.
Output 3: Training materials
The project will provide training materials, including course content, tailored curriculum and resources.
Output 4: Improved communication skills and recognition of stress factors for service providers within the agriculture sector. Tangible outcome: successful uptake by target business community – banks, ag service providers. Report raw numbers of participants, grouped by industry segment (finance, agronomy, service providers, agriculture consultancy, etc.).
Output 5: Ongoing demonstration of utilising new skills set. Support structure: this project will establish a support structure or network to enable ongoing assistance and guidance for the upskilled professionals as they engage with growers in the aftermath of natural disasters or major weather events.
Quantified by a follow-up survey with participants six months after program, questioning if the participants feel more comfortable in their role and whether they have used their new skills.
Output 6: Reports
Progress reports will be submitted to COGGO after every six months of the project.
