Meet our Farmanco Administration Team!

Along with Cassandra out of Esperance, Jo is one of our team members with a gift for design and is responsible for the presentation of many of our marketing displays and materials. Jo is the girl responsible for Farmanco marketing, including adverts.
Jo also works with Trish to edit and update the Farmanco website and ensures the Farmanco App remains current.
Jo’s passions outside of work include spending quality time with her family. She is a proud supporter of the Fremantle Dockers and enjoys playing Roller Hockey.
Joanne Bush– Mundaring
Joanne is new to Farmanco in 2021 and works Monday to Friday part-time as an Accounts Assistant. Her main role is to assist the Accounts Manager and she provides accounting support to Eve (Finance Manager). Joanne is currently working on building a knowledge management system for Farmanco and assisting all staff members throughout this merge.
Joanne is responsible for invoicing for most of our professionals and for monitoring and following up all outstanding invoices.
Outside of Farmanco Joanne keeps busy with teaching Yoga classes and runs her children around to various dance classes and motorsports.
Cassandra Mansell – Esperance
Cassandra works Monday to Wednesday and as required with Ben Curtis and Mae Connelly at Esperance.
Cass tends to be the ‘go to’ girl for all matters regarding design with our publications. She has worked closely with the Management Team on publication of our Profit Series and Pestbook.
With Trish, Cass now produces the monthly newsletter product Farmanco Facts.
Cass has a great eye for detail and is a friendly although strong and quiet member of the team. She is a great support to anyone who needs extra help.
Outside of work Cass loves her animals!
Trish Nankivell – Albury
Trish has worked with Farmanco since 1998.
She began with Farmanco when Eric Nankivell moved to Narrogin to open a Farmanco office and for nine years was the Admin Support / PA at Narrogin. During that time, Trish also co-edited the monthly newsletter 'Farmanco Facts' with one of the consultants; usually the newest one!
In 2007 with a move to Esperance and a well-established administrative staff there, Trish backed off into a role that meant review season only; usually while working full-time outside of Farmanco.
In 2015 and with the move to Albury, Trish has become more involved with Farmanco as the support staff at Albury. During this time, she has become a member of the website editorial team, including writing pieces for the news page. Trish’s main role is to support Eric and Tim at Albury and Ben Curtis (with Cass) during review season. Since 2020, Adrian Clancy has joined the Albury team, but he requires little interference from Trish!
Trish has recently celebrated five years volunteering at Vision Australia, as a reader and panel technician on VA Radio. She enjoys movies, reading and creative writing.
With modern technology, Trish and Eric keep up with their grown kids in Perth, although it didn't feel that simple in 2020!
