GRDC Managing early season insect pests in canola workshop, Corowa – 27 March
To address the management of early season canola pests, a series of workshops will be held across NSW, with a local workshop to be held at Corowa on Wednesday 27 March.
These events are designed to assist farmers and advisors in identifying the range of pests and natural enemies present in canola, as well as to present the latest research information on early season pest management.
The workshops will cover:
- Insect identification
- Early season pest discussion
- Management options and monitoring techniques
- Paddock walk risk assessment
Morning tea and lunch will be provided, along with a Best Management Practices Guide.
