FARMANCO continues to develop and run various training programs for clients. Often these are presented as workshops that vary from one day to one week in duration. Examples of workshops include "Farm Your Future - Key Issues of Business Planning"; "Farm Business Development"; "Introductory & Advanced Price Risk Management for Farmers"; "Develop Your Marketing Plan"; "Young Farm Managers Course"; "Herbicide Resistance - Sustainable Weed Management is a System, Not a Boom Spray".
As well as client workshops FARMANCO develops and runs programs for other agribusiness organisations. These ultimately have useful benefits to farming clients - (a) through the consultant's greater interaction with other players within the agricultural industry and (b) course participants are able to utilise a better understanding of farm management issues when dealing with their clients. Examples of workshops provided include "Professional Development in Farm Management for Rural Bankers" and "Farm Management - Professional Development for AAAC".
